Once it’s been installed, we’ll show you how to change the refill bottles on your bottled water cooler so you feel confident doing it on your own. We’ll also run through how everything works and make sure it’s all set up properly before we leave.

Yes! Before we install your water cooler we’ll do a free site visit to asses your space and figure out the best place to position your bottled water cooler.

If you’re wanting to buy a mains-fed water cooler, we’ll locate where your mains supply is and see if the water cooler can be positioned near it without causing any issues. This is also a great chance to figure out which water cooler would be more suited to your environment and the needs of your staff.
